Refund policy

1. Try it free for 7 days first. Receptionist plans start with 7 days free, no card needed, so you can test it before you pay. Setup is free and there is no contract.
2. No refunds once a paid month or year has started. The free week is your chance to test it, so fees for a period that has started are not refunded, including the rest of a yearly plan.
3. Charged by mistake or charged extra? If we charged you in error, we will fix it and refund the mistake. Email us and a person will look at it.
4. Cancel any time. Cancel from your dashboard. There is no cancellation fee, cancelling stops all future billing, and your service runs to the end of the period you paid for.
